Shipping, returns and warranty

Shipping

Online orders ship to US and Puerto Rico addresses by UPS, in 5 to 10 business days. Tracking is emailed when the order leaves. The shipping charge is shown in the cart before you pay. Licenses are delivered by email. For other countries, request a quote and we will price freight and customs paperwork.

Returns

Unused parts in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Call or email first for a return number. Licenses, special-order and opened consumables cannot be returned.

Warranty

New parts carry the manufacturer's warranty. Refurbished and pre-owned parts carry a 90-day warranty from Trident 321 Solutions: if one fails, we replace it or refund it.

Prices

Prices are in US dollars and are checked against supplier stock regularly. If a part sells out after you order, we tell you within one business day and refund it in full or offer a replacement.
